TERMS & CONDITIONS

All 'Start-Up' Package Special Offer prices are priced exactly as specified. Any change to the spec must be received via the Contact/request info form and the price re-quoted by Fenton Ward Design Ltd (FWD). No work will be undertaken until:
i)
The price is agreed by both the client and FWD.
ii) A
minimum downpayment of 50% of the value of the work is received by FWD.
iii)
A Purchase Order or Written Order Confirmation is received by FWD. |

Any outstanding invoice balance must be fully paid prior to any final delivery/upload unless you request an account with FWD or hold an existing account where terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice. To register an account, please request details via the CONTACT page form. |

Letterheads and Compliment Slips: Single sided Full Colour (CMYK) print, on 100gsm bond |

Business Cards: Single sided CMYK print, on 400gsm board, machine sealed.
Cards are costed per name. 2 names will cost twice as much as 1 name etc. The cards cannot be split into more names within the 500 quantity (or amount requested). Quantities of printed cards and names can be customised and re-priced. |

Flyers: 1/3 A4, 6 pages, CMYK throughout, 170gsm matt or gloss, 'Roll' or 'Z' Fold (Flat A4 sheet folded twice along the width to form 6 DL [99 x 210mm] sized pages). Alternative, equivalent sized flyers in different formats available on request.
The Flyers require all text and images to be supplied by the client (in digital format by e-mail or on Disc or Hard Copy by mail). Any editing or adjustment to text and layout is included as part of the design. Any copy-writing or new photography required will be charged extra to the package price. |

Websites: HTML based. Info request/order/contact forms (e-mail format) included. All other content on request and re-quote.
The Website content (all text, images, company information) must be supplied (in digital format by e-mail or on Disc or Hard Copy by mail) by the client along with indication of how the information supplied is to split into the 5/8 pages. FWD undertake all design and layout responsibility along with uploading the site, but any copy-writing, new images, illustration etc is extra to the offer and must be agreed by request to FWD.
FWD will upload your site during construction (for proofing/approval purposes) to their own servers and supply you with a link via e-mail for you to see the website 'live' before the finished article is uploaded to your own servers.
If FWD are uploading a website to your existing Webspace using your existing Domain Name, you must supply FWD with all ftp access details in order for your site to be uploaded. This is usually an ftp address (ftp.yoururl.yourextension), a Username or User ID, a Directory path (/path/) and a Password. You will be responsible for your existing Domain Name pointing to your webspace correctly. If you are uploading the site yourself, FWD will supply the entire website to you on CD ready to upload.
Hosting is secure and available as a 'Plus' Package option. All ftp access and uploading will be the reponsibility of FWD.
Domain Name search and procurement is dependent on the requested URL being available and the requested extension (.co.uk, .com, .net etc). In the event of your chosen URL already being taken, FWD will search alternatives and offer any similar domain name to you at no extra cost. All Domain Names will be registered to your company.
Basic Search Engine Optimisation practices are included in all FWD website design. Any advanced SEO service such as tracking and specialist search engine submissions will be charged extra to the package price. |

FWD can provide any design services listed throughout this website and will quote for any job spec required as specified, however, the Start-up Package prices are offered as a 'one-stop' solution at a set price for your convenience and are only available in the stated specification at that price - but all packages are completely customisable to any new spec (with relevant price change) as can be requested and re-quoted via the request form or via phone/fax. |

All prices quoted are EXCLUSIVE of VAT which will be applied where applicable.
(A full VAT breakdown will be given on request of quote and always on the final invoice). |
